1 General Provisions

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

dg33's VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback is paid on a weekly basis and the amount is determined by tier. Progress through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and engagement on the platform.

5 Betting and Gaming Policy

5.1 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is processed incorrectly due to a technical error, dg33 reserves the right to void that bet and the staked amount will be returned.

5.2 Technical Errors

dg33 will not be liable for any loss or missed opportunity caused by server issues, internet disconnection or game software errors. In such situations, dg33 will make a decision based on investigation and that decision will be considered final.

5.3 Game Providers

5.4 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports, dg33 determines the odds, market availability and settlement rules. The outcome of each event — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments — is determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority.

6 Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

dg33 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

7.2 Closure at User Request

If a user wishes to close their account themselves, they may contact our support team. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed, unless wagering or other conditions are pending.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

To support responsible gaming, users may apply for self-exclusion for a specified period. During this period, it will not be possible to log in to the account or place bets.
